Marketing professionals care about and participate in supply chain decisions to take some form of action, or decisions to organize the product or services. In other words to decide what will be the manufacturing material, where the factory will be and what location of the warehouse. I would think the small business would be at an advantage because of cost of having a warehouse, less material than the large business. The smaller companies would still have some form of resources, they just wouldn’t have to worry so much about bigger purchases like the larger companies.
